You can purchase items online via our secure ordering system. We accept PAYPAL, all major credit and debit cards as well as American Express.Please complete the details as requested which are easy to follow. You will then receive an automated e-mail response confirming your order etc.
Your payment is processed by Sagepay, once confirmed your item/s will be picked and shipped to your shipping instructions.
We delete all records of your card details however we do keep a copy of your invoice and receipt for Online Fraud Due to increasing attempts at fraud with online orders.
Steven Hunter Golf Shops Ltd reserves the right to decline any order that we deem not to be genuine. If this is the case we will request another form of payment through our secure online payment process. We do not send out card receipts with your invoice as this holds card details, if you wish a copy please contact us and we will post to you at your own risk.
This will be taken at time of order and processed, if you get a notification that the card has been refused no payment will have or will be taken, we will contact you to assist. Any payments made by "e" cheque via paypal - goods will be despatched upon clearance of your payment.
Paypal payments will be directed to the paypal site where you can pay for your goods, payments to us can be made by clicking "send money" on the top of your paypal account and entering our main email address : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed online at golfingladyonline within 90 days of purchase and cannot be used for orders already placed. If the value of your order exceeds the value of your gift voucher, the shortfall has to be paid for in our checkout procedure.
We have taken every precaution possible with our secure payment process for your peace of mind, your details will not be passed on to a third party!

All complaints will have a response within 24 hours informing you of details of procedure and time scale to address your complaint.This will be done as fairly and as quickly as possible, in a confidential manner. If for some reason your complaint cannot be resolved straight away you will receive weekly updates on the progress.
Any information gathered will be processed to improve our overall procedures.
