Our first priority is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, all you have to do is use our returns form at www.golfingladyonline.co.uk/product-returns
You have the right to cancel your order with us under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one using our online return form within 7 working days of receipt.
This excludes any products which have been customised and not standard stock.
All items must be returned in the same condition that they were despatched with tags etc. still in place and product packaging included on return.
To exchange, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle your request.
To return, please follow these intructions:
1. Fill out the returns form www.golfingladyonline.co.uk/product-returns online, which item you'd like to return and you will receive a returns number
2. Choose your returns method (unfortunately we don't offer free returns)
3. Include the invoice for your purchase inside the parcel
4. Await our email to comfirm safe receipt of your return parcel. Please note, until we receive your return, the items and their condition remain your responsibility. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
Please note new and unused means, no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in saleable condition. We do not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed or tags removed. All items purchased on the Golfing Lady Online website must be returned to our store at the responsibility of the sender, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.
Normal sale items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt for a refund.
Our crazy sale which we held in February and March at silly prices, we are unable to refund on these items. However we will credit you against your next purchase or happy to exchange.
Faulty products must be advised on receipt.
